Finrock operates as a non-custodial wallet provider, which means it never holds or accesses the funds in your custody wallets. Because of this model, platform fees — such as fees for processing withdrawals — are not deducted from your wallet balances. Instead, Finrock uses a dedicated prepaid fee account that you fund in advance. This endpoint lets you retrieve and manage your prepaid fee configuration programmatically, ensuring your account remains funded and platform services remain uninterrupted.

How the Prepaid Fee System Works

Your prepaid fee account is separate from all custody wallet balances. Finrock automatically deducts applicable platform fees from this account based on your subscription tier as you use the platform. If the prepaid fee balance reaches zero, certain actions — particularly withdrawals — may be suspended until you top it up.
Your wallet assets are always safe regardless of your prepaid fee balance. A zero prepaid balance only affects platform service availability, not the security or custody of your funds.

Best Practices

Monitor Regularly

Check your prepaid balance as part of your regular operational monitoring to avoid unexpected service interruptions.

Top Up Proactively

Fund your prepaid account before it runs low rather than waiting for interruptions. Set an alert threshold based on your average daily transaction volume.
