# GET /prices — Real-Time Cryptocurrency Price Lookup

> Get the real-time spot price of a cryptocurrency expressed in a fiat currency such as USD, EUR, GBP, or AED. No authentication is required.

Use this endpoint to fetch a real-time spot price for any supported cryptocurrency expressed in your chosen fiat currency. This is particularly useful when displaying fiat-equivalent values in your application, pre-filling invoice amounts, or calculating fee estimates in local currency. No authentication is required, so you can call this endpoint directly from lightweight or public-facing services.

## Response

A `200` response returns the current spot price of the requested cryptocurrency in the specified fiat currency. A `400` response indicates an unsupported fiat or crypto ticker.
