# Gas Tank Balance — GET /dac/v1/gas-tank-bal/{asset}

> Check the current native token balance of your gas tank for a specific blockchain network. Pass the asset ticker as a path parameter.

Each blockchain network supported by Finrock uses native tokens (e.g., ETH on Ethereum, BNB on BNB Chain) to pay on-chain transaction fees. This endpoint lets you query the real-time balance of the gas tank for a specific asset, so you can proactively top it up before withdrawals or sweeps start failing due to insufficient fee reserves.

## Response

A `200` response returns the current native token balance of the specified gas tank. A `400` response indicates an invalid or unsupported asset ticker was supplied.
